Finding your dream job is not an easy thing to do. The end of the school year is coming. Summer is near and we are almost halfway through the entire year. For some people, this means graduation, moving to a new place or city or finding a new job.
I am pretty sure finding a new job is something we all have to deal with in life. How would you rate your overall experience in finding a job? What is the secret to finding your dream job?
For refugees and immigrants, there are certain challenges we have to face when looking for new jobs or career. Danes, I want to share with you a few tips to help you find a job of your dream.
5 Secrets To Finding Your Dream Job
1. Create a resume for the specific job you want or for the job industry of your interest.
You have to know what kind of job you want and create a resume for it. Na splošno, having a resume is good. But having a resume for the kind of job that you want to do is even better. Go online and research about the job you want to do and see resume examples of those jobs.
2. Build an image that truly represents who you are and who you want to be.
Learn more about who you are by getting to know yourself. Know your personality. What is your purpose and how can the job you want to help carry out your values? What kind of job do you not work to work? How is what you want to do match with what you have been doing?
Start with Google.com. When you google your name what do you see? If you were an employer, would you hire yourself based on the information that comes up? This includes photos on social media accounts and all other articles that mention your name.

3. Start networking
Volunteer in projects that interest you to build great friendships and connections. Networking is not about going to a networking event. Networking is about establishing healthy relationships. 4. Use your local news, LinkedIn, and other online platforms to find jobs.
Did you know that your local newspaper’s website is likely to have a Jobs Section? Did you know that you can easily apply for jobs using your LinkedIn account and your LinkedIn resume? They are a lot of jobs that are being posted on LinkedIn every day.

5. Prepare for online and for the physical interview
Preparing for a job interview means more than learning the job interview questions.
