Your right to go to school
In every state in the USA, otroci imajo pravico do izobraževanja. You do not need to be a citizen or a legal immigrant. v bistvu, education law in every state says all children must go to school for a certain number of years.

Students who do not speak English have the right to require the school district to provide them with bilingual education or English language instruction or both.”
