The citizenship application fee will go up by more than $500. USCIS also plans to increase application fees for family-based petitions, adjustment of status, boshpana, and travel documents. You can see a full list of the proposed increases on the CLINIC website.

You can also make an official comment about the rule. When there is an important change to US rules, there is an official comment period. People and organizations can make comments in support of or against the new rules.

2) The main document will come up. It is called “U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Fee Schedule and Changes to Certain Other Immigration Benefit Request Requirements.

3) On this page you can read the proposal, open the docket folder to see more details, or read other people’s comments. When you are ready to enter your official comment, click on “comment now.”

4) Enter your comment and read it through.

5) Add your name. Your official comment and name will be posted on the government website. Click on “submit comment.”

The comment period closes on December 30, 2019. Making a comment will support people who are applying for AQSh fuqarolik yoki boshpana AQShda.
