Do you need to find information in your own language? Here is a list of useful multilingual websites in the USA. They all offer information in more than one language.

Almost all of the information on American websites is in English, but it is possible to find important information in other languages, too. Many multilingual websites in the USA offer only English and Spanish. Other websites offer several more languages.

CDC seasonal flu information

Environmental Protection Agency

The Federal Trade Commissions has a Spanish version.

FEMA Multi-language Disaster Preparation Materials

Internal Revenue Service multilingual gateways

MedlinePlus Multi-language Health Information
MedlinePlus is the website of the US Library of Medicine and part of the National Institutes of Health. It has free, reliable information about diseases, conditions, and wellness issues for patients and their families in 50 languages.  There is more information in some languages than others. There is also a Spanish version of the website.

National Cancer Institute
The National Cancer Institute information website has a Spanish version.

National Institutes of Health HealthReach
Multilingual, multicultural health information and patient education materials about health conditions and wellness topics. This is made for medical professionals but anyone can search for information in their own language by using the search fields. There are also “Safe, Smart and Healthy” videos in many languages.

Social Security Administration
Multilingual site with information and links in 12 languages and access to free interpreter services. Social Security information includes how to get a social security number, work and disability issues, Medicare, and retirement.’s How do I?

USCIS Citizenship Resource Center
Multilingual site with citizenship information and test preparation materials in English, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.

USCIS Multilingual Resource Center
The USCIS Multilingual Resource Center offers information in more than 25 languages on a variety of topics such as citizenship, Green Cards, employee verification, biometrics, how to report fraud and avoid immigration scams, and humanitarian programs. It also has “How do I?” guides in Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese.

US Department of Education
