TPS के हो?
Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is a form of immigration status for people already in the United States. TPS is for people who cannot go back to their home country because of danger, such as an armed conflict or environmental disaster.
तपाईंसँग TPS छ भने तपाईं निम्न कार्य गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ:

- Apply to travel outside the U.S.

You will not get any of the benefits of TPS until your application is approved. TPS is temporary. It does not give you lawful permanent status, citizenship, or any permanent immigration status.

Who can have TPS for Ukraine?
If you already had TPS for Ukraine under a previous designation, you must have re-registered by March 18, 2025 to continue your benefits through October 19, 2026. If you were applying for the first time, you must have registered by April 19, 2025.
You must have also met the following requirements to apply:
- Be a national of Ukraine or a person without nationality who lived in Ukraine for a long time before arriving in the U.S.
- Have lived only in the U.S. since August 16, 2023
- Did not take trips outside the U.S. after October 20, 2023 that might impact eligibility
You may not be eligible if you have committed certain crimes.

श्रम स्वीकृति
TPS भएका व्यक्तिहरूका लागि वर्क परमिटहरू उपलब्ध छन् र यी रोजगार प्राधिकरण कागजात (EAD) को रूपमा चिनिन्छन्। यसले रोजगारदाताहरूलाई देखाउँछ कि तपाईंलाई संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिकामा काम गर्न अनुमति छ।

If you applied for re-registration, DHS is automatically extending the expiration date of work permits to April 19, 2026. You can keep using your current work permit as proof of your right to work until April 2, 2026 if your work permit has a category of A12 or C19 and with one of the following expiration dates:
- April 19, 2025
- October 19, 2023
If you did not re-register before March 18, 2025, then your EAD has expired and is not automatically extended.
If you applied for re-registration with a new EAD application, then after approval, you will be issued a new EAD with an October 19, 2026 expiration date.
If you had an initial TPS application and EAD application pending as of January 17, 2025, then after approval, you will be issued an EAD with an October 19, 2026 expiration date.
यात्रा अनुमति

You can apply for a travel permit by filing Form I-131. Follow the Federal Register notice instructions when applying for a travel permit.

TPS को म्याद सकिएपछि के हुन्छ?
DHS will review country conditions before it is set to expire. Be prepared for the possibility that it will end. If TPS Ukraine expires, you will have the same immigration status you had before getting TPS.
यदि तपाईंसँग TPS बाहेक अर्को कानुनी आप्रवासन स्थिति छैन भने, तपाईं कागजातविहीन हुनुहुनेछ र तपाईंको काम गर्ने अनुमति गुमाउनुहुनेछ। यदि तपाईं कानुनी स्थिति बिना बस्नुभयो भने, तपाईंलाई गिरफ्तार र देश निकाला गरिने जोखिम हुनेछ।
तयारी कसरी गर्ने
- अध्यागमन वकीलसँग परामर्श गर्नुहोस्। संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका मा रहनको लागि कानुनी मदत लिनु र आफ्नो विकल्पहरूको बारेमा जान्नु महत्त्वपूर्ण छ।
- अर्को आप्रवासन स्थिति प्राप्त गर्न आवेदन गर्नुहोस् तपाईं योग्य हुनुहुन्छ भने। तपाईं शरण, वैध स्थायी स्थिति (ग्रीन कार्ड), वा अन्य अमेरिकी भिसाको लागि योग्य हुनुहुन्छ कि छैन भनेर पुनरावलोकन गर्नुहोस्।
- ICE का लागि तयार रहनुहोस्. तपाईं कागजातविहीन हुनुहुन्छ र एजेन्टहरू तपाईंको घर वा काममा आउँछन् भने के गर्ने भनेर जान्नुहोस्। आफ्नो अधिकार जान्नुहोस् र सुरक्षा योजना कसरी बनाउने भनेर जान्नुहोस्।
- जानकारीमा रहिरहनुहोस्ध्यान दिनुहोस्: नयाँ प्रशासन अन्तर्गत आप्रवासन परिवर्तनहरूको बारेमा थप जान्नुहोस्।
विश्वसनीय आप्रवासन वकिलहरू र कानुनी प्रतिनिधिहरूबाट नि:शुल्क वा कम लागतमा सहयोग कसरी प्राप्त गर्ने भनेर जान्नुहोस्।
