You can now re-register for TPS El Salvador through March 9, 2025. If you re-register, your temporary protected status will extend to March 9, 2025. Learn about the process and get work permit information.

You can now re-register for TPS Honduras through July 5, 2025. If you re-register, your temporary protected status will extend to July 5, 2025. Learn about the process and get work permit information.  

DED Hong Kong is effective through February 5, 2025. You do not need to apply for DED Hong Kong to receive benefits.

The U.S. government has announced that some Lebanese people in the United States can stay for 18 months under Deferred Enforced Departure (DED). We will provide more information when the official details are released in the government’s Federal Register announcement.

DED Liberia is effective through June 30, 2026. You do not need to apply for DED Liberia to receive benefits.

You can now re-register for TPS Nepal through June 24, 2025. If you re-register, your temporary protected status will extend to June 24, 2025. Learn about the process and get work permit information.

DED Palestine is effective through August 13, 2025. You do not need to apply for DED Palestine to receive benefits. Learn if you are eligible and get work and travel permit information.

If you do not have TPS Somalia, you can apply now through March 17, 2026. If you are granted temporary protected status, it will be valid through March 17, 2026. If you do not have TPS Sudan, you can apply now through April 19, 2025. If you are granted temporary protected status, it will be valid through April 19, 2025.
