UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, is a global organization dedicated to saving lives, protecting rights, and building a better future for refugees, forcibly displaced communities, and stateless people. USAHello partnered with UNHCR to create FindHello, a hybrid app created to connect newcomers to appropriate services and resources in the USA.
The Carey Institute for Global Good is building a strong, educated, and just society through a focus on dialogue, community, and capacity-building. Carey’s Center for Learning in Practice houses USAHello’s Educating Refugee and Immigrant Students course for teachers. The Center for Learning in Practice also provides expert support to keep the course relevant and up to date.
Translators without Borders (TWB) is a non-profit organization offering language and translation support for humanitarian and development agencies, and other non-profit organizations on a global scale. Together with our own volunteers, TWB’s dedicated team of translators around the world makes it possible for USAHello to offer high-quality translations of its resources in Spanish, Arabic, French, Chinese, and other languages.
Learnship has helped more than 3 million people learn English by providing personalized and adaptive online English training. To show support for newcomers in the USA, Learnship donates general English or business English courses (with a value of $840 per year per student) to 1,000 students per year who register through USAHello.
Refugee Council USA promotes efforts to protect and welcome refugees, asylees, asylum seekers, and other forcibly displaced populations. As a coalition of 26 US-based non-governmental organizations, RCUSA represents a diverse group of non-profits who advocate for and with refugees. USAHello is proud to be one of those organizations.
Roshan Learning Center serves more than 200 Afghan, Iranian and other asylum seekers and refugees in Jakarta, Indonesia, provide education to children while empowering adults through English classes and other adult education. USAHello is proud that Roshan students use our GED® classes, online and offline, to prepare to take the GED® test.
Impulso Educativo strengthens education, culture, and opportunity by offering adult education and work skills training to individuals, local authorities, and employers in Mexico and to employers of refugees and immigrants in California. USAHello partnered with Impulso Educativo to offer its online classroom to employers who want to provide multilingual GED® classes for their workers.
Houston Office of New Americans and Immigrant Communities reaches out to Houston’s diverse community of immigrants, expatriates, and refugees to facilitate their successful civic, economic, and cultural integration as members of our community. USAHello’s partnership includes FindHello being utilized in welcoming stations around the city.

Funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Switchboard offers a library of learning resources, an online evidence database, a range of self-paced e-learning courses, regular live learning opportunities, and on-demand technical assistance for ORR-funded organizations.
