Mission and Strategy
USAHello helps immigrant communities thrive with trusted information and accessible resources.
Vision
We envision a future where all people have the knowledge, agency, and opportunity to participate in an inclusive democracy rooted in shared prosperity and a deep sense of belonging.
Values
- Agency: We believe in immigrants’ ability to make decisions that are right for them.
- Accessibility: We remove barriers to understanding by making our resources clear, multilingual, mobile-friendly, easy to find, and free.
- Relevance: We respond to real-time needs and policy shifts with timely, actionable information that reflects lived realities.
- Integrity: We prioritize accuracy and clarity, actively counter misinformation, and uphold trust in all we share.
- Belonging: We recognize that fear and disorientation are part of many immigrant journeys and work to replace that with safety, dignity, and connection.
- Respect: We engage from a place of appreciation for the capacities, resilience, and lived experiences of immigrant communities.
Our Strategic Priorities (2025–2028)
At a time of escalating fear, policy shifts, and disinformation targeting immigrants, USAHello is meeting the moment with clarity and resolve. Our work is rooted in the belief that accurate, relevant, and easy-to-use information strengthens agency, reduces harm, and creates a foundation for belonging and stability.
Over the next three years, we are pursuing three mutually reinforcing strategic goals. Each is paired with key outcomes that will guide our work and mark progress toward our long-term vision.
