Changes to TPS Yemen

Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is a form of immigration status for people in the United States. TPS is for people who cannot go back to their home country because of danger, such as an armed conflict or environmental disaster.

On February 13, 2026, the U.S. government announced that TPS Yemen will end. This happens 60 days after the Federal Register notice is published. We will share more information once the Federal Register is published.
