You can no longer apply or re-register for TPS El Salvador. If you have already re-registered, your temporary protected status will be valid through September 9, 2026. Find information for those who already have TPS and get work and travel permit information.

The 2024 extension and redesignation for TPS Haiti now ends sooner. The new expiration date is August 3, 2025, instead of February 3, 2026. You can now re-register for TPS Honduras through July 5, 2025. If you re-register, your temporary protected status will extend to July 5, 2025. Learn about the process and get work permit information.

DED Hong Kong has been extended for 24 months. It is now effective through February 5, 2027. You do not need to apply for DED Hong Kong to receive its benefits.

DED Lebanon is effective through January 25, 2026. You do not need to apply for DED Lebanon to receive benefits. Learn if you are eligible and get work and travel permit information.

You can now apply for TPS Lebanon through May 27, 2026. If you are granted temporary protected status, it will be valid through May 27, 2026. Learn if you are eligible and how to apply.

DED Liberia is effective through June 30, 2026. You do not need to apply for DED Liberia to receive benefits.

A court order has temporarily brought back Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuela. If you have the 2023 TPS designation, your benefits could currently be available through October 2, 2026. If you have the 2021 TPS designation, your benefits should currently be available through September 10, 2025.
