International help

USAHello provides information, resources, and free online classes for immigrants in the USA. We do not offer international aid, direct services, legal help, or sponsorships. If you are outside the USA, below is information we have put together that we hope can help you.

U.S. immigration policies changed significantly this year. Many parole programs and “Safe Mobility Offices” are closed. Travel bans are in effect for some countries. Verify all rules before traveling. Learn more about current changes.

Important

Start here for finding help

Use these trusted directories to find verified aid in your country:

  • UNHCR Help: information for refugees, asylum seekers, and stateless people in 130+ countries.
  • Find a Helpline: list of free, confidential mental health and crisis support worldwide

Never share photos of your passport or personal stories with unverified people. Scammers pose as “helpers” to steal your identity, extort your family, or block your legal options. Only share documents through official government sites or verified non-profit organizations.
